Thumb gives AI agents real phones, so we need to know who we’re working with, and that you agree to how Thumb may be used.
In short
- What your agent does on the phone counts as done by you.
- No spam, fraud, fake accounts or surveillance.
- We watch activity metadata for abuse, not your screen, and look at a phone only for maintenance, security or legal reasons, or when you ask.
- Returned phones are factory reset, so keep your own copies.

Signed in as
Delete your account
This deletes your account, API keys and sign-in sessions right away. Any phone on your account is returned and factory-reset, which signs it out of every app. Activity records are kept without your account for up to 30 days; a record of the terms you accepted and of which phone you had is kept for 7 years, in case of a legal claim; backups and email copies are cleared later, as the Privacy Policy explains. This can’t be undone.
